Construction Litigation; Ground Investigations

Acting for a construction firm (defendant) in respect of a dispute with a homeowner (claimant).  The claimant alleges that the defendant did not conduct adequate ground investigations before commencing construction work and failing to provide adequate advice in respect of a build over agreement with Thames Water.  The case continues.
