Property Litigation; Individual Against Crown Estate

Acting for a private individual (applicant) in an application against the Crown estate to set-aside a judgment obtained by an insolvent limited liability partnership.  The basis for the application is that the limited liability partnership (in liquidation) obtained the judgment against the individual instead of a corporate entity with whom it entered into the agreement giving rise to the claim.
