OUR PRICING MODELS

Fixed price

Setting one fee for a defined legal service.

For most of our services—excluding litigation—we recommend this model.

Additionally, we can offer specialised ‘template packs’ for specific needs, such as company incorporations, particularly benefiting you as a subscription client.

Hourly rate

Agreeing a price rate for the time spent on the case.

Where alternative pricing models are not feasible, we recommend using this approach on a sliding scale or with blended rates.

Additionally, wherever possible, we will implement fee caps to ensure cost certainty, rather than relying on retrospective billing.

Outcome-based

Pricing our services based on the perceived value for the client.

We will apply this model based on an agreed scope of work, acknowledging that valuing services can be complex. However, we believe this approach aligns with our commitment to price transparency.

Subscription

Providing certain limited legal services for a set monthly subscription fee.

This model provides clients with greater cost certainty and potential savings, reducing unexpected expenses and allowing for better financial planning. It also ensures a transparent and predictable pricing structure, giving clients clarity and confidence in their legal costs.
