Children Law: Dispute with a Children's Hospital

Representing a family in respect of a dispute with a major children's hospital in London relating to the treatment of a child with an extremely rare form of cancer. The case involved reviewing detailed opinions from experts from all over the world as to the treatment plan and Adam Benedict instructed a highly regarded King's Counsel at an award-winning set of barrister's chambers in Lincoln's Inn. The case required extremely sensitive handling and was compromised by way of a mutual settlement agreement.
