City of London law firm, Adam Benedict, and US corporate advisory firm, A. Buchholtz & Company, have advised their client, a reputable global aviation firm based in the USA, on the completion of the acquisition of data and intellectual property assets of a UK-based corporation.
Operating across multiple jurisdictions, the client firm will now be in a position to expand its reach to customers in the EMEA.
The Adam Benedict team was led by Managing Director, Adam Creasey, with support from Associate, Izel Gulhan, and Trainee Solicitor, Harrison Carr, in the firm's London practice.
