Tilly joins us from a Top 30, award-winning accountancy firm, where she managed the operations, oversaw a team of 21 people and led numerous large-scale projects. From navigating the operational complexities of office closures and reopenings during the pandemic, to spearheading initiatives in data quality, compliance, employee wellbeing and environmental sustainability, Tilly has a proven track record of transformative operational leadership. Her dedication to operational excellence and her pragmatic approach to designing and improving processes have been key in driving both efficiency and success, while maintaining a core focus on client experience.
Not only does Tilly excel in the technical aspects of operations management, but she is also a people person through and through. She is passionate about building collaborative relationships, mentoring and empowering her team, and fostering a culture with inclusivity and wellbeing at its heart. Tilly is passionate about Corporate Social Responsibility and how businesses can give back and make meaningful contributions to their communities, the environment, and society as a whole.
