Trainee Solicitor

Harrison is in the preliminary stages of his legal career. Having recently studied at post-graduate level with the University of Law, Harrison has achieved a Master’s Degree in Law and Business, as well as the Legal Practice Course and he is eager to apply his technical knowledge into practice.

Having studied a wide range of legal areas, Harrison is concentrated on specialising within the Corporate, Commercial, Litigation and Construction fields. Harrison achieved a contract of employment through AdamBenedict’s Summer Internship Program, providing an in-depth understanding of the firms’ scope of work and methods of operation. Harrison’s short-term aspirations include achieving an SRA Accredited Training Contract, aswell as completing the New York State Bar in 2024.

Currently preparing for the New York State Bar Exam, which will position him to serve clients across both the UK and US, expanding the firm’s transatlantic reach.

    • Graduated from the University of Law with a MSc in Law with Business Management

    • Undergraduate level, a degree in Law from the University of Reading

    • Prior to practice, he has had exposure to industries outside of the legal profession. Harrison has also gained experience with the in-house legal team of a leading global pharmaceutical company.

    • Harrison joined Adam Benedict as an intern in the summer of 2023 and shortly after became the firm’s first employee. Since then, he has become a Trainee Solicitor. He is currently in his final year of his QWE period and his qualification date is set for September 2025.

    • Harrison's contributions have helped the firm secure prestigious recognition as a Legal 500 and Times Top 200 law firm.

  • Non-Contentious Matters

    • Led by Adam Creasey, Harrison has advised a global private aviation firm in Florida on the acquisition of data and intellectual property assets of a UK-based corporation.

    • Harrison has prepared a complex shareholder structure for a prominent marketing firm.

    • Harrison has advised a Caribbean insurance firm in their contractual negotiations with a large brokerage firm.

    Contentious Matters

    • Led by Adam Creasey, Harrison has acted in the High Court in a complex and high value construction claim involving the venture into unprecedented areas of construction law.

    • Harrison has advised on and prepared the relevant documentation in connection with an alleged trademark infringement, which resulted in a timely settlement.

    • Led by Adam Creasey and Ian Coupland, and alongside Grace Jenkins, Harrison has acted on a high-profile unfair prejudice petition in the High Court.
